Common questions

  • Noru+ subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Noru → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
  • Streaks reset if a check-in is missed. If you believe your streak was lost due to a technical issue, send us a message using the form and we'll look into it for you.
  • Your Muscle Risk Score is based on your daily protein intake relative to your 0.7g/lb target, your check-in consistency, and your streak length. It is a lifestyle coaching metric — not a medical measurement. Always consult your healthcare provider about muscle health.
  • You can request account deletion by emailing support@usenoru.app with the subject "Delete my account." We'll process your request within 7 business days and confirm when it's done. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • Noru is currently available on iOS. An Android version is in development — join the waitlist on the Download page to be notified when it launches.
  • No. Noru is a lifestyle and behavioral coaching app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your prescriber's guidance regarding your medication and health decisions.
